      How soon will I get a response?

      I typically respond within 1–3 business days. During busy seasons or launch periods, replies may take a little longer, but I do my best to get back to you as quickly as possible.

      What if I don’t receive a reply?

      Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still do not see a response, feel free to resend your message or reach out directly at hq@craftedbylexy.com.

      Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

      If your order has not shipped yet, I can usually update the address. Contact me as soon as possible with your order number and the correct shipping address so I can make the change.
