Purchases made through the Site are subject to product availability, acceptance of your order, and our production timelines. Custom/personalized items are created based on the details you provide. You are responsible for confirming spelling, dates, colors, and any other personalization details before submission.

Custom/Personalized Items: Due to their made-to-order nature, custom items may be final sale (see policy).
Product variation: Resin is handcrafted; color, swirl patterns, and placement of elements may vary from photos.
Pricing and errors: We reserve the right to correct pricing, listing, or typographical errors and cancel affected orders if necessary.

4) Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including designs, product photos, graphics, logos, written content, layout, and branding—is owned by or licensed to Crafted by Lexy and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Site content without our prior written permission.

5) User Content & Submissions

If you submit or upload content through the Site (such as photos for inspiration or photo-embedded pieces, reviews, testimonials, or messages), you represent that you have the right to share that content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

You grant Crafted by Lexy a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your submitted content solely to provide services to you, fulfill orders, communicate about your order, and operate the Site. We will not claim ownership of your photos or content.

Portfolio & social media: We may photograph finished pieces for our portfolio or social media. If your item includes sensitive personal information (full names, addresses, recognizable photos, or sensitive dates), we will not post it without permission. You may request “Do Not Post” at the time of ordering.

6) Third-Party Links & Services

The Site may include links to third-party websites or services (such as payment processors, shipping carriers, social media platforms, or embedded tools). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

7) Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Site or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to Crafted by Lexy for the applicable order giving rise to the claim.
