It all starts with a message: a DM, an email, or a quick contact form that says, “Hi, I have an idea…” Here’s what happens next.

  • Step 1: The Conversation
  • You send me your idea, inspiration photos, colors, deadlines, and any questions. I respond with follow-up questions, suggestions, and a rough sense of what’s possible. Once we’re aligned, I confirm pricing, timeline, and key details.
  • Step 2: Design Confirmation
  • We agree on the piece type, size, palette, finishes, and whether you’re sending any keepsakes. If you’re mailing florals or other items, I’ll share packing tips and an address. Once I have everything I need, your piece goes onto my studio schedule.

  • Step 3: Creation and Updates
  • While I’m working, I may send a few progress notes or snapshots—especially for highly personal pieces. Some steps happen quietly in the background (like drying florals or curing layers), but I always keep your deadline in mind. When the piece is finished, I send final photos for you to see before it ships.
  • Step 4: Packaging and Shipping
  • Your piece is wrapped in protective, gift-ready packaging with care instructions included. Then it’s labeled, shipped, and on its way. The next part of the story happens on your end—unboxing, styling, and, hopefully, enjoying something we created together from that very first message.
